We handle every stage of the overseas hiring process — so you don't have to.

Core Services

Every stage of overseas recruitment, handled with control.

08Stages
01

Talent Sourcing & Screening

We maintain a live database of over 10,000 pre-verified candidates across all major industries. Upon receiving your demand letter, our sourcing team identifies candidates matching your exact requirements within 24 hours.

02

Legal Documentation Management

Our documentation team manages the complete legal paper trail: Demand Letters, Power of Attorney, Inter-Party Agreements, Employment Agreements, and Guarantee Letters — all attested by the relevant embassies.

03

Medical Testing & Certification

All candidates undergo government-approved medical examinations at certified health centers. We only forward medically fit candidates for further processing.

04

Skills Testing & Interviews

We conduct trade tests, technical assessments, and structured interviews aligned to your job requirements. Employers may attend in person or join via video link.

05

Biometric & NADRA Verification

Fingerprint scanning, NADRA verification, and criminal record checks are conducted for every candidate — ensuring full legal compliance before any visa application.

06

VISA Endorsement & Processing

Our team manages the full VISA endorsement process through the Protector of Emigrants office, liaising directly with embassies for timely and successful visa stamping.

07

Travel Coordination & Ticketing

Once visas are stamped, we coordinate flight bookings, departure briefings, and travel documentation — ensuring smooth and dignified departure for every worker.

08

Post-Deployment Follow-Up

Our relationship with clients and workers does not end at deployment. We remain a point of contact for issues, renewals, or additional hiring needs throughout the contract.
